IPR Journal of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur is a Peer Reviewed Bi- annual Online Journal. The journal is the initiative taken by the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights & DPIIT IPR Chair of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. The objectives of journal are aligned to the National IPR Policy and the Scheme for Pedagogy and Research in IPRs for Holistic Education and Academia (SPRIHA).
The Journal wishes to promote research in legal, socio-legal, and technological aspects of new and emerging areas of IPR and to broaden the horizons of the discipline. The Journal strives to promote quality and scholarly research on a wide range of issues that blend legal and social dimensions. The articles covered in this issue is the contribution made by students, research scholars, academicians and lawyers which give testimony to the changing dimensions of IP regime. |
