- MNLU, Nagpur conducts a Conference on Recent Trends in Mediation on October 24, 2020
The ADR Society of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur hosted a One Day Virtual Conference on Recent Trends in Mediation on October 24, 2020. Mr. Ajay Meha, Accredited Mediator practicing at Bombay High Court, was the Chief guest of the Conference. Mr. Mehta highlighted the importance of building a rapport between parties and to make a paradigm shift from what was to what will be. The welcome address of the session was delivered by Dr. RaginiKhubalkar and Prof. (Dr.) Vijecder Kumar, the Vice-chancellor delivered a patron address emphasising on the serious backlog and huge pendency of cases leading to delays in disposal. This conference was attended by students, scholars and practitioners from all over India. The Conference was organized and coordinated by the ADR Society of the University under the guidance the faculty coordinators Dr. AnirbanChakraborty and Dr. RaginiKhubalkar.
