  • NLU, Nagpur Conducts Virtual Mental Health Camp

As National Law University, Nagpur suspended all its physical classes in March 2020 and made a headway to progress with its academic activities, the University administration gave highest importance to the mental health of its faculty, students, and staff. A Virtual Mental Health Camp was organized byGender Sensitisation Committee of the Universityin collaboration withMental Health Teamon the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day, September 10.The camp conducted by two highly regarded professionals in the field, University affiliated Psychologist-Counsellor, Ms. Rowena Ajay Phillips and guest Psychologist, Ms. Kartika Jamdarand coordinated by Dr.RaginiKhubalkar, Faculty Convenor, Gender Sensitisation Committee. The Camp received an overwhelming response as the registration were done by individual students from cities like Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Nagpur, Pune, Tonk, Bhopal, Nashik, Malegaon, Deoria, Dichpally (Nizamabad), Aurangabad, Yavatmal, Varanasi, Beawar, Lucknow, Muzaffarnagar and Delhi, among others.
