- A Quick Response to COVID-19 Pandemic by NLU, Nagpur
NLU, Nagpur was one of the first institutions to taking precautionary measures to safeguard its faculties, staff and students during the spread of deadly coronavirus- COVID-19. Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University personally monitored the health conditions of all the students, teachers and staff on day-to-day basis. The University Doctors screened all the faculties and students joining the University after leave or participating extra-curricular activities. Face masks and hand sanitizers were timely distributed among students. The University, suo moto decided to suspend physical classes with effect from March 16, 2020.
