Ms. Divita Pagey is Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Nagpur. Her research and teaching interests include criminal law, intellectual property rights and constitutional law. Having completed B.A. LL.B from ILS Law College, Pune in 2016, and LL.M. (Intellectual Property Rights) from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi in 2017, she is currently pursuing Doctorate in Law from MNLU, Nagpur. She has participated in national seminars and workshops pertaining to her areas of interests and been a member of organizing committees of several events organized by the university.
