Ms. Trisha Jain

Assistant Professor of Law (Ad-hoc)

Ms. Trisha Jain is a UGC-NET qualified legal academic and researcher with an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from People’s Institute of Legal Studies, Bhopal securing 1st position in the Batch, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. Her academic and research interests lie at the intersection of Intellectual Property Rights, Environmental law, Taxation law, Technology law, AI ethics, governance, Access to Legal Education, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Currently serving as Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Trisha has contributed extensively to legal academia through teaching, curriculum development, accreditation & compliances support, and interdisciplinary legal research. Her scholarly work on Neuro-Rights and Human-Machine Synergy received the Best Research Paper Award at an International Conference. She has multiple research presentations and publications at both National & international level.

She has actively contributed to the legal community as a judge in several prestigious National Moot Court, Mediation, ADR, and Client Counselling competitions hosted by leading law institutions across India.

Ms. Trisha has also held multiple leadership positions with IDIA (Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access), serving as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, and core member of the Nagpur Chapter, where she worked towards promoting diversity and access to legal education, thereby her interest in Legal Aid. Her professional journey reflects a blend of academic excellence, institutional leadership, and a strong commitment to inclusive and socially responsive legal education.
