Ms. Nikita Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. She graduated with an LL.B. from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi (Gold Medal in Mining Law, 2021) and completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (2022). She has also qualified the UGC NET JRF in 2022 and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur.

Prior to her academic appointment, Ms. Sharma gained significant professional experience as a Subject Matter Expert and Associate Director in the Legal Department at Toprankers EdTech Pvt. Ltd., where she mentored and guided law aspirants across India. She has contributed to academic scholarship through her research and publications in the fields of Intellectual Property Rights and Constitutional Law.

Ms. Sharma has actively engaged in academic and co-curricular activities, having adjudicated numerous moot court and ADR competitions, and has also served as a chair in technical sessions at national conferences.

Her primary areas of academic interest include Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law, Administrative Law, Labour Law and Health Law.
