Mrs. Shweta Kulkarni completed her masters in Intellectual Property Law in 2007 from the Post Graduate Teaching Department, RTMNU, Nagpur. Since then, she has practiced as an advocate at Family Court and High Court at Nagpur. Shweta has taken up teaching as well. She taught Intellectual Property Law and Company Law as a visiting faculty at G.H.Raisoni Law School, Digdoh and G.H.Raisoni Law School Wanadongri. Shweta has given research inputs on reported judgements while working with the All India Reporter (AIR). She has experience of handling trademark registration Cases at Sharma Abhiyankar LLP.She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate course (part-time) in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
