Programme Description:
B.B.A.LL.B. (Honors) Five-Years Integrated Degree Programme is aimed to create talented and proficient law graduates with potential lawyering skills to meet the needs of modern legal system in national and global sustainable development. This Programme enables the young aspirants to acquire legal education in an insightful manner to cope with the contemporary expansion in the corporate world with strong basics, comprehensive legal acquaintance and set of lawyering skills to plead for justice and legal causes. Along with the law courses, the students will also be groomed in the management subjects such as Principles of Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resource Management to meet the development requirements of the nation. The Programme is intended to improve the independent critical thinking of the legal aspirants with research competences and to ensure that the students are capable to promote the role of lawyers in Globalizing World.

Programme Objective:

  • To develop the abilities of young law aspirants to comprehend the legal issues embedded in corporate world in local and global contexts;
  • To advance the intellectual capabilities with legal and management knowledge and skills towards professional practice;
  • To build the capacity of law aspirants in the fundamental areas of management, business administration, and law; and
  • To develop the attitude of creative critical thinking towards the role of law in business, managerial practice, national and global sustainable society.

Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur follows a Semester system with six working days in a week; and as per the UGC and BCI regulations/guidelines, the University works for a minimum of 90 working days in each Semester in addition to the examination days, and 180 working days in an academic year for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree Courses.
